The Kulturkompass Austria 2022 is here

Finally, we can share the news: our brand new Kulturkompass Austria 2022 has arrived! It gathers cultural institutions from all over Austria (that are on Cultural Places) and presents selected program highlights.

Making Art and Culture in Austria Visible

With our Digitalize Culture Initiative (DCI), we are expanding our platform and features to give museums, concert halls, theaters, and many more the opportunity to present themselves and their content digitally. The platform (web and app) offers an overview of Austria’s cultural landscape. In addition, digital audio content (in the form of audio guides or podcasts) is available to immerse yourself in the stories of the respective cultural institutions or regions.

By choosing our starter plan, cultural organizations can manage their presence on Cultural Places via CMS and thus update information, create guides, and much more.

Kulturkompass Austria 2022

Just in time for summer, our Kulturkompass Austria 2022 is ready. It lists over 130 cultural organizations from the fields of visual and performing arts, cinema, music, history, and much more, all of which are part of the Digitalize Culture Initiative (DCI). We present highlights from all of Austria’s federal states including Museum Liaunig, Museum Moderner Kunst Kärnten, Schönbrunn Group (Schloss Hof Estate, Vienna Furniture Museum), Swarovski Crystal Worlds, Schloss Rothschild, and Vereinigte Bühnen Wien (Ronacher and Raimund Theater).

From July to November you can discover exciting exhibitions, musicals, and concerts from Vienna to Bregenz.

Where can I get the Kulturkompass?

We have printed a booklet that will soon be available at the cultural organizations with program highlights. And, of course, the Kulturkompass is now available online as a digital guide for practical use anywhere and anytime! And to make sure you don’t miss anything, we’ll keep you regularly informed about the latest program highlights on Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin, as well as in our newsletter.
