News from “Digitalizing Culture – Austria 2021”
This year we are supporting the Austrian tourism, art, and cultural sectors in digitalization as part of the “Digitalizing Culture – Austria 2021” initiative – during the pandemic and beyond.
Our platform Cultural Places offers fans of culture an overview of the Austrian cultural landscape, where they can obtain information on individual institutions, visit exhibitions virtually or on site, buy tickets in advance, and much more!
We aim to improve the visibility of all the museums, exhibitions, sights, and excursion destinations that Austria has to offer. More than fifty institutions have already registered and will soon be listed with their own page on www.culturalplaces.com. These include HALLE FÜR KUNST Steiermark, museum gugging (NÖ), Stift Seitenstetten (NÖ), Vienna Secession, Schallaburg (NÖ), das Kunsthaus Bregenz (Vbg), Swarovski Crystal Worlds (T), mumok (W) and many more.
